Founded as an Operations & Maintenance provider

2018
Expanded into IFM and secured a major national project
Transitioned into full Integrated Facility Management, positioning UTG as a one-stop FM partner.
2019
Awarded first high-rise FM & Property Management contract (200,000 sqm)

2021
Achieved four ISO certifications including ISO 41001:2018
